Finally the ULTIMATE plug, the plug that does it all, STAR WARS UNIVERSE! This completely changes the Escape Velocity universe to Star Wars! Ships, weapons, worlds, people, and sounds are modified to create almost a whole new game.
A list of the changes from Star Wars 1.0.2:
-SW systems and SW ships in them!
-Added ships Corellian Corvette, Nebulon B Frigate, Assault Gunboat, and Bulk Freighter
-Changed escape pod
-Added or changed some weapons
-Added X-Wing, A-Wing and Gunboat bays
-Added Star Wars personalities
-Changed some STR# text
-Cool new intro scene (really, it is cool)
-Added Star Wars laser, torpedo, and missle sounds, as well as beginning music.
-Added a Death Star hunting and Destroying Rebel Fleet missions (replaces alien missions)
-There are also some secrets (You can see them with ResEdit)
-Star Destroyer graphic is smaller, so this should run better on non-PPC Macs and take up less memory
The next version of my plugin will have more missions, like destroying Han Solo, etc. Then it will be truly ultimate.
Thanks to George Lucas for making all these cool ships, the book "The Essential Guide to Star Wars Vehicles" which without it I couldn't have made all this stuff, the game X-Wing which got me started, and my brother, Alan, who is a really hard core Star Wars freak and told me lots of Star Wars info.
